My name is Shella Curry From being a signed recording artist twice. Now a Wife and SAHM to two boys and a seasoned real estate investor. I was introduced to the concept of wholesaling houses in 2014 when I was pregnant with my first son and at home trying to figure out how I could make money from home. A Facebook ad popped up about wholesaling real estate with no money and I dug into it.

In 2015 I closed my first two wholesale house deals the same week. Those first two checks were proof of concept to me so I invested my profit to scale my wholesaling business by creating systems and processes and hiring virtual assistants. I have now built a 6-figure wholesaling business that only takes me a couple of hours a day to maintain.

In 2019 I closed on one of my house deals and did my first house flip and I have done several since. In 2020 I bought my first rental property. And I have created multiple 'notes receivable' via owner finance deals. Now I have some passive income coming in and my goal is to get enough monthly passive income to completely cover my monthly living expenses. I'm not a millionaire yet but I will be in the next few years and in social settings I love to talk about the power of real estate.

I never aspired to be a guru or mentor but the overwhelming response I have gotten to my tik tok real estate content has inspired me to want to show others how to build a 6-figure wholesaling business too! Or just how to find an off-market house opportunity which in this market has become harder and harder to find deals.
